How Do I Return an Item?

1. Email us at info@kits.style with your order number and full name

2. Tell us why — let us know the reason for your return

3. Wait for confirmation — we'll respond with return instructions within 24 hours

What Items Are Returnable?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item:

  • Is unused and in resalable condition
  • Is in its original packaging
  • Has not been fitted, modified, or damaged during attempted installation
What Items Are Non-Refundable?

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used or fitted
  • Items damaged during installation or fitting attempts
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Custom or made-to-order products
My Item Arrived Damaged — What Do I Do?

We're sorry to hear that. Here's what to do:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item — this is essential

2. Email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

3. We'll arrange a replacement or refund once we've reviewed the evidence

Important: Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Can Items Be Exchanged?

Yes — faulty items can be exchanged for a replacement.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and dispatch your replacement
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the item is out of stock, we'll offer a full refund instead
How Do I Ship My Return?

If you no longer want the item (non-faulty return):

1. You arrange and pay for return shipping

2. Use a tracked service (courier or Royal Mail Signed For)

3. Keep your proof of postage — we're not responsible for lost returns

4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return arrives and passes inspection:
