We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Any bookings which include fitting can be cancelled with 24hrs notice. If 24hrs notice is not received prior to cancellation of the fitting slot, a charge of £50 is applicable for the loss of ramp time, which otherwise could have been filled with sufficient notice. Should a part payment be carried over on to any of our products and services, this is done so at the discretion of the company and would be valid for a maximum of three (3) calendar months from the date of receipt.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping costs will not be covered if you choose to return your item due to dislike, inability to fit or if you change your mind. All shipping costs in this instance are the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Wheels and Wheel/tyre packages
Any wheels purchased from us or with our tyres (Packages) are none refundable upon leaving our fitting facility. We cannot accept wheels back in a used condition unless there are clear signs of buckling or professional evidence is provided highlighting instalment anomalies.
Upon inspection of your vehicle before leaving our facility, you agree that you are happy with the work, your chosen wheel design is correct and the tyre choice is also correct. You hearby agree that you cannot return the wheels or tyres in a used condition.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Malicious and non KITS UK fault chargebacks for goods purchased, will immediately be responded to with a county court summons being issues via HM Courts & Tribunals Service. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Chargebacks which are a result of KITS UK fault, will be dealt with immediately and a satisfactory conclusion reached.
