Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the size, weight, and nature of many automotive aftermarket products, international shipping differs from standard parcel delivery. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for International Shipping

We ship aftermarket body kits, exterior components, and automotive accessories to many international destinations. Availability depends on carrier limitations, package size, and local import regulations.

Order Processing & Production Times

Many of our products are produced or prepared upon order to ensure quality and correct fitment.

  • In-stock items: Dispatch within 2–5 business days

  • Made-to-order items: Production time 2–8+ weeks

  • Oversized freight orders: Additional preparation time may apply for crating and export documentation

Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


Shipping Methods

  • Parcel Shipping – Small to medium accessories

  • Freight Shipping – Bumpers, full body kits, widebody kits, hoods, and oversized items

Freight deliveries are curbside only. Customers are responsible for moving goods indoors and disposing of packaging.


Shipping Rates

International shipping costs depend on:

  • Dimensions & weight

  • Destination

  • Freight surcharges

  • Insurance

  • Residential delivery fees (if applicable)

For oversized items, final shipping charges may be confirmed after checkout. If a revised cost is required, customer approval will be requested before dispatch.


Estimated Transit Times (After Dispatch)

  • International Parcel: 7–21 business days

  • International Freight: 2–6 weeks

Transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Buyers are fully responsible for all import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and customs fees.

Failure to pay these charges may result in return or abandonment. Any resulting costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.


Inspection Upon Delivery (Required)

All shipments must be inspected upon arrival.

For freight deliveries:

  1. Inspect packaging before signing

  2. Note any damage on delivery paperwork

  3. Take clear photos

  4. Refuse shipment if severely damaged

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Fitment & Installation

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Minor modification, trimming, sanding, or preparation is normal for aftermarket parts.

We are not responsible for:

  • Installation or labour costs

  • Paintwork

  • Installer delays

  • Improper installation

Test-fit all parts before painting.


Lost, Delayed or Stolen Shipments

Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. We will assist with investigations but cannot guarantee outcomes.

Packages marked as delivered are not eligible for replacement or refund.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

Returned shipments due to address errors will incur reshipping and carrier fees.


International Returns & Cancellations

All international orders are final sale unless incorrect or damaged.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Buyer pays return shipping

  • 15% restocking fee may apply

  • Custom/made-to-order items are non-returnable


Shipping Insurance

Carrier insurance is included where available. Proper documentation is required for claims.
